WDM is designed and dedicated to help dumb and deaf singles to find long-term, satisfying relationships.

When using WDM you agree to the terms set out in this Agreement. All terms and conditions are legally binding for your use of the site and membership. This Agreement may be modified by WDM from time to time. The membership and rights of admissions are reserved.

This terms of use are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

The site is for the personal use of individual members who are deaf and mute to promote and advertise their profiles for finding relevant matches and its misuse cannot be done for commercial endeavors. WDM also offers premium memberships to individuals who want to promote his/her profile on WDM and thereby gaining access to privileged services like WDM chat, Premium interest wall, SMS, Emails, etc.

In order to register as a member of WDM, a minimum legal marriageable age for any of the international member must be 18 years or above for male as well as for female. This minimum legal marriageable age limit is prescribed by UNICEF which is a United Nations agency responsible for providing humanitarian and developmental aid to children worldwide.

Users understand and agree that WDM may delete any listing, communication, content, profiles or photos (collectively termed as “content” hereinafter) which seem to violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, threaten or harm the safety of either WDM or of its members.

With respect to the content which you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the site including but not limited to your contact details, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to WDM the license and consent to use, store reproduce, distribute, prepare artistic works of, adapt, modify, publicly perform and display such content on the site and to the members of WDM from time to time.

You also understand agree that all data, photographs, information, communications, tags or any other content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted or otherwise made available to WDM are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated and shall be at the person’s/member’s sole risk and consequences. It means that you (and not WDM) would be solely responsible for the content you post, upload, transmit, email or otherwise make available via the service given by us. WDM does not control the content posted via the service and as such does not authorize or guarantee the authenticity, integrity or quality of such content. We strongly advise all user/s to independently verify all the contents posted on our site by other members before acting upon the same. WDM under no circumstance will be liable in any way for any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content transmitted, emailed, posted or made available via the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold WDM, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand including attorney’s fees, made by a third party arising out of your use of the service in violation of this agreement and/or arising from the breach your representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part.

If there is any dispute about or involving the site and/or the service, by using the site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be referred to the rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more Arbitrators appointed in accordance with said rules. The place of Arbitration shall be Mumbai, India.
